OnHealth Frequently Asked Questions

Setting Up OnHealth

How do I setup OnHealth?

To setup your OnHealth service all you need is the OnHealth Media Player. This is connected to your local internet and your in-house speaker system amp and speakers. The setup process is simple with easy-to-follow instructions.

If you don’t have speakers or would like to upgrade your current system, then Motio can help. We have a package that includes OnHealth subscription and speaker installation. We would be more than happy to provide information recommend solutions and our experienced technicians can support the installation, if required.

How will speaker installation through Motio work? Can I supply my own?

We have a team of certified AV installers and electricians across Australia that will attend your practice and install the full OnHealth audio setup so you have no need to worry about anything in getting OnHealth up and running. As standard, we install 2 x wall mounted speakers in your practice. This is generally suitable for a waiting room approx. 100m/sq. If you have a larger waiting room or want to look at ceiling speaker installation no problem, we will just need to scope out the requirement and provide you a quote.

If you don’t have an existing speaker system then you can install your own system. All you need is a powered speaker or amplifier connected to speakers. We will send your OnHealth media player to connect and your ready to go.
